We use a comprehensive remodelling process consisting of well-defined steps so our clients know what to expect during each phase of the project.
At the beginning of every project, we try to understand the client’s vision and style.
We’ll share insight on various materials, trends and discuss budget and design plans.
Once you’ve chosen us, we’ll seal the deal with an Initial Planning Agreement. We’ll then measure the space and sketch a number of floor plans. These design concepts will be handed to you in the form of 3D drawings.
When the concept is approved, we’ll define budgeting scenarios and begin selecting materials.
The Construction Contract and other necessary documents are made in this phase. We’ll write down what design finishes, construction requirements and materials you would like.
You’ll be assigned a Project Manager who will share the next steps with you during an onsite project review.
The remodelling finally starts at this stage. Our project manager will be your point-of-contact from here on. They’ll stay in touch with you throughout the process.
You’ll be updated on each step as it happens. You’ll know when cabinets and fixtures have been installed, walls have been painted, tiling is completed, etc.
Feel free to check up on the construction crew whenever you want. We believe in complete transparency!
